NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

The Department of Environmental Resources, and C & D Coal Company, LLC will
hold  a public informational meeting on August 9, 2012 from 6:00 to 7:00 pm at
the  Derry Township Municipal Building (5321 Route 982 Derry) concerning the
Kigston West Mine to be located off State Route 981 on Lee Valley Road in Derry 
Township.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss mining in general
and  to answer specific questions regarding C & D Coal Company's proposed 
operation in Derry Township.
